Yates Garden Diary Terms and Conditions
- The instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry and entry into the Win a Yates Garden Diary promotion is deemed to be acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
- Promotion commences 5th September 2008 9.00am local time and entries close at 5pm local time on 30th September 2008 draw date is on 7th October 2008.
- Entry is open to New Zealand residents who are members of the Yates Garden Club. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
- You enter the promotion by telling us in 25 words or less what is you favourite vegetable to grow and why. Fill out and submit the online entry form.
- Entries are limited to one per household.
- All valid entries received prior to the close of the promotion will be individually judged by promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter. To be held at Yates New Zealand, A Division of Orica, The Gate 373 Neilson St Onehunga Auckland NZ, ABN 99 004 117 828. on the 7th October 2008. The 1000 winners will each win a Yates Garden Diary.
- Each Yates Garden Diary is valued at $9.95. Total prize value is up to a maximum of $9950. Each pack includes:
- The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
- The winners will be advised via email and winners names will be published on www.yates.co.nz
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
- The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
- Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use personal information for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant. The Promoter may provide personal information relating to entrants to organisations that assist the Promoter with promotional, marketing and publicity activities. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
