Slow Release

Yates Magamp

A granular, long term fertiliser which releases nutrients slowly over a two year period to ensure plant establishment and healthy vigorous growth.

Features

  • Feeds for up to two years.
  • Easy to use granules are safe, odourless and clean.
  • Ideal for trees, shrubs and roses.

How It Works

The slow rate of release provides nutrients at levels that can be readily utilised by plants. This prevents nutrient loss caused by leaching, as well as a build up of soluble salts which can cause “fertiliser burn”.

Ingredients

Nitrogen (N) 7.0%

Phosporus (P) 17.0%

Potassium (K) 5.0%

Magnesium (Mg) 12.0%

Directions for use

One application feeds for two years. One measuring spoon (enclosed) = 15g.

Use Magamp® at the following rates:

Small Shrubs – 60g per plant
Medium shrubs, roses – 120g per plant
Large shrubs, fruit trees – 240g per plant
Perennials – 500g per 1m2
Bulbs and Orchids – 250g per 1m2

At Planting Time: Place Magamp granules at the bottom of the planting hole, mixed with a little soil to ensure even distribution of the granules. Water well after planting.

For Established Trees and Shrubs: Broadcast Magamp granules around the base of the tree or shrub within the dripline, which is beneath the canopy of the tree or shrub, leaving the area closest to the main stem free of fertiliser. Work into the soil and water well.
