Cornflower 'Mystic Blue'
An abundance of beautiful double flowers in shades of blue. An old favourite that is an ideal background plant or as a cut flower for bouquets. Very hardy and easy to grow.
Position
Sun or part shade.
Sow
Sow direct or in seed trays of Yates Black Magic Seed Raising Mix. Cover lightly, firm down and keep moist. Transplant carefully when plants are about 5-7cm high.
Care
Choose a well-drained position that enjoys the morning sun. Add Yates Thrive All Purpose Fertiliser for best results. When buds appear, apply Yates Thrive Soluble Fertiliser on a fortnightly basis. Protect from snails with Yates Blitzem.
