An attractive bush with fascinating clusters of large, unusual, swan-like seed pods. Most widely known for its role as host to the Monarch Butterfly.
Sow directly into garden position. Scatter seed thinly, cover with Yates Black Magic Seed Raising Mix, firm down and moisten. Thin plants later to 1 metre apart.
Smaller plants can be completely eaten by Monarch Butterfly caterpillars. Remove excess eggs to prevent this. Grow a number of plants to ensure lots of butterflies. Protect from snails with Yates Blitzem.
