I have white bugs on my leaves (like cotton wool), what’s best to spray this?

This is Mealy bug. Use Nature’s Way Dual Action Citrus, Vege & Ornamental spray every 14 days. Remove the plant outdoors while spraying, or protect surrounding furnishings from the spray.
