How do i control scale on my citrus?

The most effective product to control scale on citrus is Yates Conqueror Oil. It must be applied thoroughly to achieve complete coverage (so spray up underneath the leaves as well as from the top, and include stems). Conqueror oil smothers the insect and kills them, be aware that it will take time for the dead insects to disappear from you plant.
