Everything feels like it's slowly starting to come together in the garden now. Today I staked the tomatoes and tied them up, made a few climbing frames for the cucumbers/pickles and fed the strawberries a strawberry feed.
Last night I also bought a couple of San Marzano tomato plants to replace the ones I had to throw out from the markets and also a Cape Gooseberry. I've been on the hunt for one for a while now. Bunnings finally has them in stock. They always remind me of my childhood. Hopefully Luke loves them just as much.
Other than that there was a lot of weeding going on. Not quite so much fun, but I want to pull out as much as I can prior to adding the pine chip around the gardens.
