Garden in progress

We’ve been eating a lot of Spinach. Radish’s did well, but I think next lot of seeds will be shown directly into garden. Was a shame the first lot were ready when the lettuce wasn’t.

Tomatos are very slow growing this season, still hopeful. The biggest plants at moment , one of the YATES Grosse Lisee, is only 10 cm high. All tom’s look healthy but seems my soil brings out the laziness in seedlings, taking their sweet time to grow. Weather for us has been all extremes lately also.

A local possum has helped himself to some of my bean plants! I caught him when I was doing a late night round with watering can.

Pumpkins, Yams, Potatoes, Onions, Carrots, are going steady. I’m also celebrating three broccoli plants that are going strong!

Cucumber plants are almost at 4 -5 leaves, and there are four plants.

Not long now and there will be strawberries!!!!!

Weeds galore in my Four garden beds, will need to sort before they get to close to other vegetables plants and I lose track of what’s where.

Another sad season for my trying to grow my own corn from seed, will be lucky if I have a wee grid of 3×3, oh well

Two capsicum seedlings are almost 1cm, will they won’t they, they need to get a move on !
