RM 17 class garden is talking about growing Peas from Wellington

Garden ready!

Wow! what a way we have come.

Today I started to make a samosa pie using fresh peas from the garden.

I have followed the following procedure.

1. Rub 1 cup of flour and 1/4 cup of butter

2. Add 1 egg and roll to a ball.

3. In a bowl mix the peas and potatoes. (you can use other things as well)

4. Add some spices that will add flavour(chilli and paprika for spicy ect. )((I used Tumeric, Oregano and poppy seeds.)

5. Roll your dough out to 1/4-1/2 centimeter thick

6. place your dough in a very small metal tin(leave enough for a lid!

7. Add your flavour mix

8. Place the extra rolled out the lid on top and roll it over with a rolling pin.
