LAST OF THE WINTER ROOTS

The Edible Gardens of Glendower is talking about growing Beetroot, Carrot, Florence Fennel, Parsnip from Wellington

Spotted some parsnip leaves under one of my giant borage plants, which gave me a bit of an idea for dinner. The parsnips were pretty small… just how I like them, I knew I had some carrots, fennel and beetroot… dinner sorted!

Over the weekend we cleared an area for Mr 6s Bean, Pea and Sunflower fortress. It has changed shape, as we knew it would. We are using old plant supports and bamboo for the structure. More bean and sunflower seeds were sown to cover breakages ...
