Dianthus Diana sports a dazzling and unique picotee pattern, with pretty pale lilac flowers and contrasting deeper lavender eyes. Compact, vigorous, low growing plants produce masses of striking, extra-large single flowers with delicate frilled edges.
Sow into trays of Yates® Black Magic® Seed Raising Mix. Firm down, water gently and keep moist through germination period. Transplant when large enough to handle.
Choose a well drained position in full sun. Add Yates® Thrive® Natural Blood & Bone and Yates® Thrive® Natural Garden Lime before planting, and fertilise regularly with Yates® Thrive® Flower & Fruit Soluble Fertiliser. Protect from snails and slugs.
Trim lightly after each flush of flowers to encourage new growth. Grow as an annual.
Store in a cool dry place away from direct Sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
