A brightly glowing, unique Gazania, bred to produce large, radiant orange flowers, without the usual distinctive dark central ring. A compact, sturdy habit means Arcturus is well suited for garden beds, pots and containers. Long periods of flowering and outstanding wind, heat and drought tolerance.
Sow direct where they are to grow or in trays of Yates® Black Magic® Seed Raising Mix. Cover lightly, firm down and keep moist.
Choose a sunny, well-drained position (gazanias will tolerate poor soil). Fertilise occasionally with Yates® Thrive® Flower & Fruit Soluble Fertiliser. Protect from snails and slugs.
Water well when young, but once established minimal watering is required. Plants will last for years in frost free areas. Remove spent flowers to avoid self seeding.
Store in a cool dry place away from direct Sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
