Young white mustard leaves, with their peppery, tangy flavour, add a zingy fresh dimension to salads, and really make a dish sing as a garnish. Quick and easy to grow, mustard is ideal grown in pots for baby salad greens, or indoors as a microgreen.

Product details
How
Sow direct into pots or shallow trays. Cover with Yates Black Magic Seed Raising Mix, firm down, water well and keep moist through germination period.
Care
If grown indoors, turn daily towards light to ensure even rate of growth. Cut with scissors just above ground level when plants have developed leaves. Taller plants will have a stronger flavour. Protect from snails and slugs.
Hint
Sow one week later than cress to have both ready together.
Storage
Store in a cool dry place away from direct Sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
