This versatile hybrid variety is an outstanding performer, and reaches maturity early. Yields large-sized heads, tight white curds with good protective leaf cover and a deliciously delicate taste. A vigorous and consistent grower, with great heat tolerance.
Sow into trays of Yates Black Magic Seed Raising Mix. Firm down and keep moist. Transplant when about 7cm high.
Choose a Sunny, well-drained position where cabbages, cauliflowers have not grown for 2 years. Add Yates Thrive Natural Blood & Bone before planting. Great companion plant for Beans, beets, celery, coriander, cucumber, marigold, peas, potatoes & tomatoes. As curd develops, fold leaves over the top to prevent yellowing.
