A nice surprise awaited me in the garden after a few days of lots of work and no gardening. Suddenly a cauli the size of a tennis ball appeared. What’s more, it was on a plant I expected a broccoli from! I should probably up my labelling game :D The rest of the cauliflowers (and I am sure these are cauliflowers haha) are not far off.
Fun facts about cauliflower, it has lots of vitamin C and the heaviest one recorded was over 27 kg!
Has anyone ever grown a coloured variety of cauliflower, like purple or orange? Is there difference in taste?
