This is my pertetual spinach. A brilliant plant. Reliable all year. Looks more like silverbeet (maybe because it is actually a chard) Tastes somewhere between spinach and silverbeet.

Imagine if your whole veg garden was plant once, cut and come again.... although I do quite like the process of nuturing a little seed into a towering bean, or sunflower.

I am making seperate perennial beds in this garden plan. I have strawberry, rhubarb and asparagus all tucked up in their own beds, but I have a whole other bed planned .....do you have any suggestions for a perennial veg you wouldn't do without?
