Working in retail for almost 25 years, the public can suck the life out of you, I think I might have taken this growing addiction to far, since COVID and a few other incidents in the last 18 months, 3 weeks ago I instant messaged a local dairy farmer that is starting up 3 kiwifruit orchards about 50 kms out of town,coincidentally 3 kms from my acre of land that I do most of my growing on (birdhouse bend), long story short he rang me 2 days later and offered me a job,so I have had to move out to my patch of Navara, I start early knock off early,garden till dark and top it off can take my best mate with me to work,some times in life the power of growing and nurturing something can outway money over mental health, seeing everyone else's journey is so inspiring 😊 thank you growing community
