Haven’t posted a collage photo so far, so felt like it’s about time to break the rules! It’s that time of the year when most summer vegies are growing but not yet mature. I've been visiting my little tomatoes, cucumbers and pumpkins almost every day to check up how much they've grown. Should probably stop doing that as it feels like it’s taking them forever if you look every day 😄
Meanwhile, harvested the first perfect cauliflower last week. No offense to all my previous cauli heads, but this one had no discolouration and a beautiful tight head. Now I'm trying to figure out what it was that I did right! As it happened, we were catching up with the family so I got to show the perfect cauli off this weekend (and pretend that all my cauliflowers are absolutely that perfect haha).
I bet everyone on this forum has at some point harvested "the perfect looking vegetable". Would love to hear about it!
