One of the reasons why I love this lifestyle so much is being able to go outside and quickly grab a few things for a meal. Today it was a bouquet of kale. So fresh and nutritious, literally only a few minutes from garden into a pasta dish and then onto our plates.
The last couple of days have really felt like Summer is on the way... Bring on all the Summer fruit and veg... What are you looking forward to the most?!
A vine ripen tomato? A sunkissed peach? The juicy sweet taste of a Luisa plum? Or the fresh crunch of a cucumber?
