It's been a very busy weekend in the garden and greenhouse this weekend. The tomatoes have been planted out in the greenhouse along with the capsicum plants.
I have planted more beans in my big garden and also planted out my zucchini plants. I know we will end up with way too many zucchini as they are the gift that keeps on giving but we love them. I use a lot and make pickles and chutney plus freeze some to use through out the year in baking.
I also harvested some more leeks and pak Choi and lots of lettuce.
I love this time of year in the garden. Such a lot to look forward to.
