I have been fortunate enough to have been gifted some cauliflower seedlings 50+ of them, they have taken over the patch I was going to grow potatoes in, So i will need to re-evaluate where the second row of spuds are going to fit.
In this garden earlier in the week I direct sowed carrots, onions and beetroot.
There is self seeded pumpkins/squash popping up from last season, and self seeded lettuces. The chilli and capsicum plants from last year look very sad, but experience tells me they will come back to life soon (I do feel I should give them their own mini greenhouses to help) also a few yarrow plants that have survived the winter.
Im thinking of trying to train the pumpkins up the teepee which the beans failed on for me last year. just needing to do some structural reinforcement.
Sowed some seeds today, and have them in a makeshift greenhouse, Planted: Tomatoes - beefsteak and black cherry, capsicums, lettuces, corn, cucumber, eggplant, basil, beets, wildflowers, poppys.
