Yesterday was cold and the rain was bitter , I was also feeling a tad lacking in energy and my legs hurt .
But as a firm believer that food is health , Jamison and I picked some silverbeet , broccolli shoots , chives , field mushrooms and the chooks provided us with yummy eggs , I had planned on a nice staged pic of goodies in my harvest basket , but Jamison was loving arranging things and we were chatting about the food and it became my fav part of the day .
