Quite literally. As we don't have a massive garden yet and won't be into our new property until next year, we will be using a lot of bags this year.
To save on costs I've been getting soil from our section and mixing with compost which will also be a good test for the soil prior to establishing our forever garden.
So far so good and things are finally starting to grow with the odd day of sun here and there.
Our wild garden at the section is starting to grow too and I've noticed some beetroot and silverbeet coming up on the bank. A lot of seeds have germinated but the jury is out as to whether it's the seeds I planted or just weeds.
