So put on all your clothes.
I am getting so cold, I'm gonna put my clothes on.
And the heater... and a blanket.... and the heat pad for the seeds.
I don't know about you but I was told it was called the Winterless North. I feel that this may have been false advertising because it is freezing up here at the moment. I'm really worried about the seeds we planted and while they are on the deck which is pretty much a glasshouse at the moment (enclosed and full sun) I feel that maybe it is still just too cold for the pumpkins, cucumbers and chillis. If they fail, at least there is time to start again.
I pulled out the heat pad today which was a purchase inspired by Carol Jane and have some different pumkins on that as well as some watermelon. Trying to trick the watermelon as I'm hoping the true Northland weather will kick in soon.
We went for our first swim last weekend and I can say I lasted the whole of 30 seconds! Haven joined me and she lasted about the same.
