What kind of mother would I be if I didn't choose my son!
Harrison has enjoyed gardening for a long time. He has his own garden patch that he laboriously prepared himself. It has the best soil on the property as he is responsible for the compost at home.
He presses on, despite the persistent weeds & hopes to have produce for a farmer's market this summer.
His other love is nature photography. The garden gives him plenty of subjects to capture & he has some beauties for sale on photo stock websites.
I love the follow-through with gardening. Sow the seeds, tend to the plants & at harvest, a meal is prepared with fresh, homegrown produce. We enjoyed many of Harrison's pumpkins in soup last autumn. Thankfully, as none of mine survived!
I'm glad I have someone to share this gardening journey with.
