We have had a huge week of birthdays , concreteing fun and of course gardening .
I potted on heaps , got the first planting done in the flexi tunnel and its actually looking like a space I can be proud of , more on that later .
We finally decided that the big area that I drew a plan for needs a good mow first so out will come a few things and in will go the sheep , then it will be time to buy in some compost , but I will be looking at it first , not all compost is fab , 2 years ago I accidently bought in wire worm and it took a long time to get rid of it .
I mentioned to hubby Sunday morning that I would like to net the garden next to the shade house and that afternoon we made a start , the front is still to go on and entrance points will be at both ends , I love my chooks but I only want to share our goodies on my terms not theres .
And a super simple recipe for all the silverbeet , spinach and any other bits that we seem to be always in abundace .
Grab a pot add onions , garlic and butter some would say to much butter but it is a base essencially cook up together blitz with a whizz to a good sauce consistency , add nocci till sof and enjoy .
