I'm a little behind planting my potatoes but we have still been getting frosts so I decided to wait until it wasn't so cold.
better to have slightly later potatoes then none due to frosts.
Summer Beauty are main crop potatoes so they will be in the ground longer but they are one of my favourites to grow as the potatoes grow big and they are good for pretty much all cooking and roasting.
my fingers are crossed that it will be a good year for potato growing.
