I've got the new garden planted out, with my handy helper in tow who is home from kindy with a sniffle. She then wanted a photo with the plants of course!
I've squeezed as much as possible in and will give the rest to a neighbour down the road. I've kept a few back for the 'just in case' scenario as I'm battling slugs fairly bad at the moment. So I've scattered some slug pellets to hopefully deter those.
With my leggy silverbeet, I've planted those deeper as I can't bare to throw them out yet - they have one more chance! I did sow some more the other day just incase too. If they all succeed, my neighbour maybe getting some more seedlings!
