Hey gardening family. I just realised it has been 3 weeks since I blogged and I'm not really sure why. There is just a lot going on at the moment with the build heavily underway and also it is that lul period in the garden when it's just waiting for things to happen.

I shall try to catch up on everyones blogs over the coming weeks as I'm keen to hear what has been happening in your gardens.

I figured I should do a blog entry again as last time I disappeared from the blog I got a kind email from Sarah asking if all was ok as a young gardener in the competition noticed my absence and was worried. That is what makes this community absolutely amazing.

To the new gardeners who have joint in the last 3 weeks. Welcome. You have come to an awesome place full of awesome people who are here to encourgage you and also just enjoy reading about your garden.

Anyways to the gardening part of my blog. I shall do some updates about our garden progress over the coming week especially our garden of chaos at our new section. For now I wanted to do shout out to Yates Zucchini Partenon Hybrid. First year growing this and so far I'm impressed. It's a hybrid so unfortunately if you are a seed collector then probably not one for you. However this would be one I would probably be glad to fork out for every year. We have had mixed results with Zuchinni and often have pollination issues. This beauty is self pollinating. The first one flowered, flower fell off and now the fruit is on the way. Saves me getting out with a paintbrush when the bees aren't around. The only downside is that I planted about 6 plants and all are growing like mad so we could be sick of zuchinni by the end of the season!

Hope everyone is well.
