So this year we carved out a spot down our back section for spuds because we love them but they need space but don't mind being ignored ...so a perfect candidate for a bank.
We built the garden box from pallets and then filled. Then I shopped for spuds stating with the early variety Swift.... and that's what was for dinner tonight and they were delicious. So good! No fancy recipe needed for fresh spuds , boiled and then coated in butter.....so, so good! Everyone should grow potatoes...fun and so yummy
