When I was building the new garden beds I recued some little seedlings out of the paths - tree lettuce, cos lettuce and silverbeet, and then planted some rocket seedlings all amoungst the garlic.
We have had 2 salads out of this garden this week - yahoo!
The silverbeet needs eating and the parsley needs pesto-ing.
