Three years ago our daughter-in-law gave SH bonsai seeds for his birthday (what else do you buy for the man who has everything?!).
He sowed them, they have since been transplanted into shallow pots and they have grown into the seedlings you can see on the ladder in the photo.
They're quite furry and looking relatively healthy but we have no idea where to go from here. We've googled but nothing seems to match these little trees. We think we need to start putting some wire around them and possibly trim off the needles but still haven't got the courage to start.
Anyone done bonsai? Any hints? Otherwise I think these little furry monsters will continue to just do what they are doing!
