This is the 'white ' garden. It got an overhaul yesterday morning, lawns mowed, cat shade taken away, bolted lettuces and weeds removed, long grasses taken away ...
I THOUGHT it would look great ... i like mowed lawns... but the 'tidy up' just has left it looking very sad.
And the cats are all out of kilter and stressed as their shade areas have been shifted, they like routine, so that isnt helping.
So going to be seeing what i can do to FIX how it currently feels for the next hour or so and get it back to being a cat friendly, productive creative space again.
And lots of seedlings well ready to be planted out. Onions, coriander, corns, painted daisies, peppermint, more lettuce, silverbeets, tomatoes, beetroots, watermelons, cayenne peppers, gladioli, strawberries, brassicas, chives, spring onions, marigolds, zucchini, stattice, dahlia, borage, lobelia, thyme...
My cucumbers survived being transplanted as did the eggplant... so delighted as have never had a cucumber survive before! It has a wire builders grid up against the fence but seems to have absolutely NO interest whatsoever about climbing up. Maybe its a BUSH TELEGRAPH 😁 not a climbing one
