My hydroponic lettuce experiment was a great success. We are just about finished with the first tub of 12 lettuces. Where they were still got a little too warm for them, so 2 bolted. 1 got crowded out so did not do much and 9 were great.

This tub will get more mint crisp cos lettuce and a small tub has Tom Thumb as a succession set as pictured. I have the Olla lettuce bed to fall on too. I also have a tub of mixed lettuce that can be split up in but think they will bolt to seed if transplanted now. I may use those up next.

Being a food and typical Gardener, there is always something new to try, just to see if homegrown is beter😊 and like a typical Gardener, spice was not planned for this one.. So a pot is going to have to do😂. The other picture is Ginger. We do use a fair amount of it, so why not give it a go.

Seb is on the mend. Not happy with the inside time, but that's just how it has to be this week. A little bit of fresh catnip and cat mint as a treat tonight and he has a pot of cat grass on a windowsill if he wants too.
