Last year I talked a lot about needing to get better at succession planting , I'm happy to say I've got it Sussed with carrots , lettuce and brassicas oh and leek .
next to work on is beetroot , I was not consistent enough with the watering after germination . So I will hopefully master this next because I love roast beets especially with some balsamic vinegar.
I am so incredibly grateful to have our garden and the space to keep expanding , More than ever in my lifetime it feels more urgent to take hold of our own food supplies .
the saying that I relate to at the moment " If you have more than you need extend your table not your fence . "
