50%strike with the watermelons, sowed about 24 so 50% still gives me plenty and maybe some spares to trade.
But the big news is I may have finally found someone to be my arms and legs in the garden.
Meeting her on Wednesday, not sure what she will charge, I asked but she wanted to come and meet face to face first. Having someone who can work along side me to do the things I cant will be a game changer. Fingers crossed.
Question...Back to the watermelons ... roots are now out the bottom of the peat pots ... all the you tube videos say they dont like root disturbance when transplanting, should i pop them into deeper containers now? Not quite warm enough yet for them to go outside to their final spots dont think.
