Just a quick Hello and I miss you all.

I'm half way through the trip and it has been AMAZING.  It turns out I say that a lot!  We're currently in Christchurch but heading to Dunedin tommorrow.  It has been quite full on and each night I fall into my fancy hotel bed exhausted.

I have been keeping a brief eye on you all, although there hasn't been much time for a good and proper catch up.  But I know Kayla has been doing a great job of looking after you.

It has been interesting to see some of the damage from the winds that wrecked Helen's polytunnel first hand.  There have been many trees down in some of the fancy gardens.  One garden on Banks Penninsula said it was around 200km/h.

I've been looking out for the vegetable gardens for you and here are 4 good ones....

Going clockwise from the top left is Hortensia, Barewood and Welton Garden in Marlborough and Broadfields just outside of Christchurch.

But I should get some sleep - it is another big day ahead.

Keep up the good work in your own gardens and I hope the challenges you face aren't too great and your successes and triumphs are prolific!

Cheers Sarah  : o)
