Everything is booming in the glasshouses, but of course that late September cold snap has arrived, but it didn't stop me getting into the garden this weekend.
Beans 🫛 re-potted (thanks for the advice Sarah!) - I went waaaaayyyyy to early with those haha, they've shot off so have been shifted to beautiful blue glasshouse along with a few newly planted seed trays. And I've started more beans seeing as those ones might have shot off too early...
Toms and chilli's etc are pretty slow - still too cold. Contemplating bringing them back into the house - even the glasshouse might be too cold.
I did cheat - and bought a couple of grafted Toms 🍅 at Mitre10 - see if my glasshouse might give me some early toms with ones that have had a head start... early days - but a little sunshine could give me Tomatos for Christmas too maybe 🤞
I can see a peek of green from the potatos so I'll be covering them shortly...but I'm excited that they're going well so far!!!
This weekend I'll be topping up the pots around the garden ready for Peppers and dwarf veggies.... and have a good think about the outside gardens and what I'm putting where!!!
ooh... and next blog....my pretty cherry blossom...she's just taking off and she's so pretty!! 🌸
