It was a good feeling harvesting our first kamokamo today. We only started growing it due to a free pack of seeds from this challenge and now we grow it every year.
We tend to harvest it early when it shows the first signs of turning orange. It's more starchy at this point and doesn't go mushy in the air fryer. It's a huge hit in our household when air fried and served with aoili.
1 kamokamo down. Fingers crossed there are many more to come this season.
