I've blogged several times on our Garlic Sagas. We can't grow it in our home garden as it gets rust so we have grown it for the past couple of years at our children's properties where it has been pretty successful. Last years crops were good and we had heaps to store. However garlic does deteriorate and I decided to freeze the remaining cloves to use until our next crop comes ready. Apparently it freezes well so I have put a few bags in the freezerand we should have a good supply until next seasons are ready. A fiddly job but worth it!
