Over winter this year we've had enjoy in the garden, but not an overflowing amount - which means there is lots of space for spring plantings!!
This is space 1 of 2 areas we have garden beds in - one thing we found out very early on is that our area has a super high water table in winter, so to be able to grow year round we needed to have raised garden beds.
Here are the first 2 planter boxes we added when we first moved into our property about 7 years ago, and the back one was added as a 'lockdown panic buy' :)
I can't wait for my seedlings to get big enough to start filling them again!
