This cherry blossom was a must have years ago, gracing my front entrance to the house, and also the caretaker a few departed family pets below her... And ....She is in bloom... spring is here, and the Wellington winds have not conquered her (thus far!). She's actually bloomed a little earlier this year, so maybe a sign of a longer and warmer summer ahead - we can only hope right!!
When the winds finally get to her, the lawn looks like its covered in snow, but hopefully that won't happen any time soon.
The blossoms about certainly make me smile and look forward to warm days/nights and lots of success in the garden!
