I must confess I have been putting off starting seeds as I have been unsure how I can keep them safe from cold, predators and children. Living in a tiny house means there is not a lot of windowsill space and sheds and green houses are still on the ever long to do list. Today I dragged this old door out of a rubbish pile and I'm hoping it'll do to germinate some food in. My biggest worry now is that it will get too hot, I'll keep it propped open during the day and the tarmac will keep it warm at night.
