Is your lawn lacking lusciousness and being overtaken by weeds? Yates Weed 'n' Feed Double Action Granular kills weeds and greens lawns. The granular format is excellent for a controlled application, directly where you want it - ideal for smaller lawns.

How to prepare
Apply contents of this bag (12.5kg) over 187.5 square metres.
- Measure lawn prior to application.
- Apply 1kg (20 handfuls) over 15 square metres.
- Repeat at 6-week intervals.
- Use gloves and avoid contact with clothing.
CAUTION: Do not allow material to spill or blow over onto hard or non-lawn surfaces as staining could occur. Dry sweep immediately.
Application
- Water lawn lightly to moisten.
- When weather is fine apply Yates Weed n Feed Double Action Granular onto the moist grass. Spread evenly and accurately.
- Leave it on for 2 days, then water in thoroughly.
We recommend that you DO NOT apply in the following scenarios:
- To lawns less than 6 months old
- During hot and windy weather conditions
- If shade temperatures are expected to exceed 30°C within a 72 hour period
- When soil is dry and lawn is suffering from moisture stress
- To non-grass lawns such as clover and dichondra
- Around food or animal feed crops
How it works
The iron has a salt burn effect so that flatweeds receive a relatively severe burn compared to the vertical blades of grass. Soluble iron and nitrogen are absorbed by the root system to provide strong green growth.

CAUTION: DO NOT ALLOW MATERIAL TO SPILL OR BLOW OVER ONTO HARD OR NON- LAWN SURFACES AS STAINING COULD OCCUR. DRY SWEEP IMMEDIATELY TO AVOID STAINING.
For the first few days after application, avoid walking from the treated areas onto concrete or any non-lawn surface area as heavy staining may occur. To prevent staining during handling, wear gloves and avoid contact with clothes and jewellery.
PRECAUTIONS: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes and inhalation of dust. Wear protective gloves and eye protection when mixing or using. Wash hands and exposed skin thoroughly after use. DO NOT contaminate any water supply, or fishponds with product or empty container. DO NOT apply onto or into water, or allow material to drift over an aquatic environment or outside the target area. Keep pets and children off treated lawns until rainfall or irrigation of treated areas has occurred.
FIRST AID: If swallowed DO NOT induce vomiting. For advice contact the national poisons centre (0800 764 766) or a doctor immediately. If skin or hair contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and flush skin and hair with running water. If contact with eyes, wash out immediately with running water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention.
STORAGE & DISPOSAL: Store in original bag, tightly closed, locked away from children and apart from foodstuffs, in a cool dry place. Dispose of this product only by using according to the label or at an approved landfill. Empty bag completely and dispose of safely with domestic rubbish.
