A brilliant blue biennial, 'Blue Angel' produces massed clusters of intense cobalt coloured flowers with contrasting white eyes. The potent primary hue makes it a favourite for creating dazzling combinations with colourful companions. Low and dense growth habit is ideal for border planting or tucking into a pot. Very attractive to bees and other pollinators. Hardy and low maintenance.

Product details
How
Sow direct where they are to grow, or raise in trays of Yates® Black Magic® Seed Raising Mix. Firm down, water gently and keep moist through germination period. Thin out or transplant when large enough to handle.
Care
Choose a well drained position in full sun or semi-shade. Mix Yates® Thrive® Natural Blood & Bone and Yates® Thrive® Natural Garden Lime into soil before planting, and feed regularly with Yates® Thrive® Flower & Fruit Soluble Fertiliser. Protect from snails and slugs.
Hint
Remove spent flowers to prolong blooming and prevent seeding.
Storage
Store in a cool dry place away from direct Sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
