It's been another productive week. Have rabbit proofed the garden which needed a makeover, so far so good, I still have all the plants I started with and my peas still have their tips! Have been moving more dirt to top up the beds in the tunnel house. Think it might be a bit warm in their for some plants, my cabbage which looked normal in the morning decided to start growing seeds from the top, so feed that to the chickens who thoroughly enjoyed it. Tried to grow carrot and parsnips in the tunnel house but I seem to have more foliage than root but I'll wait just a little longer. The kale is loving it in there. Planted some seeds to keep up with what has been removed, and have 6 healthy looking sugar baby watermelon plants come through. Went and had dinner with my mum and brother, I made us a salad tonight with the lettuce and white radishes from the garden, basil feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, gherkin, carrot, cucumber and salmon slices. Mums not a big eater and my serving sizes are very generous so I thought she wouldn't eat it all but she proved me wrong so I'm gonna say she might have liked it lol.
