I'm excited to write my first blog for the Vegie Growing Challenge - yes, I'm a bit slow on joining!
At the moment my garden is mostly sprouting broccoli, lettuce and kale. Most of these are now going to seed and I'm leaving them for the bees and to collect seed. I've just learnt that brassicas cross easily so I hope the sprouting broccoli hasn't done that with the nearby Chinese cabbage - that could be an interesting mix.
I look forward to sharing shots of my veggies - I've got lots of seeds started and tomato seedlings are underway in the greenhouse.
