Wow, it's been a long wait. We've planted these in early winter when we first moved South. And then nothing happened for a long time. I remember reading Stacey170's blog here about her cauliflowers. She told me to wait as mine might still surprise me... well have they ever!
The caulis went dormant and didn't grow much until October and then it was all on. As we've planted in May, I figured it was an experiment. I thought they will bolt. Vegie garden is full of surprises!
Show weekend is here, and our cucurbits are mostly all in. We’ve also harvested our first strawberry and peas are in full flower. Very excited about the summer!
