I finally planted some cucumbers and tomatoes in the tunnel house , cleared the mess in one corner to and the prep has begun to plant the water mellon .
earlier in the year I decided less storage space more growing space in the tunnel house is needed , the soil where the shelf was is depleted so it will get a good dig out trench then loads of layers of organic matter added before planting .
This morning I planted 100 asters and I can't wait for them to flower , we have someone coming to take care of the rabbit issue this evening .
over the longweekend we moved some irrigation over to cover more area in the flower field , put the sheep in the orcherd to keep the grass down .
My asters are flowering and they are so pretty , and I have finally started using some of these great wee yates house plant food sticks , 4 weeks of continual feed , so I hope to see some great growth .
