Just a quick little blog to "toot our own horn"... hope you all don't mind. As hard as it is to get the kids interested in the garden, when I offered them some secateurs and told them we needed to get picking their little eyes lit up!
Whilst we have been harvesting spinach and silverbeet quite a lot, it has been less than exciting to the kids. However, today they got to pick their own raspberries, strawberries, zucchini, onions and cucumbers.
Unfortunately, the raspberries didn't make it into the photo as they were consumed as soon as they were picked...perhaps I'll get a photo next time?
